Staff Reimbursements

  • Checks will be cut within one week of the ACG board or general meetings. All receipts submitted by 4pm on the day of the meeting will be included.

  • Arrangements can be made for a faster turn around, if necessary, but please keep in mind that we are all volunteers and your patience is appreciated.

  • If you are unable to make a purchase and would like ACG to help instead of waiting for reimbursement - please send us an email with the request.

The ACG is always looking for feedback ideas on how to better support the school and it’s faculty.

Mini Grant Information

  • There are two funding cycles for mini grants - we award $500 each round. Please submit a request for up to $250. We want to help as many students as possible and may not be able to fully fund your request.

  • Timeline: All applications submitted through October 31, 2025 will be considered for the first round. The program will be open for rolling applications through March 13, 2026.

  • Purpose: To support the curriculum, student engagement, or school experience at Adams through the purchase of materials, resources, or activities not otherwise covered by the school or the ACG budget.

  • Eligibility: Applications may be submitted by any Adams teacher or staff member, and collaborative team projects are welcome. Projects may support individual classrooms, a grade level or program, or the entire school.

  • Approved mini grants: Funding will be provided as reimbursement by check, usually within one week of submitting receipts OR grantees can submit a request where the ACG may be able to pay directly for purchases. Funds must be spent by June 30, 2026.
